Currently we are facing issue with accessing jira .

We are facing issue is like we are not able access jira in web browser and we could see some sql exception in logs a
also could see a lot of block threads is there when taking the thread dump We also check the data pool connection size which is as per the jira recomendation only.
Could you please help assist and let us know if any further details required. Thnaks
