That option is available for Confluence and not JIRA.

In this moment I waching over ten issues in a project but can't see them anywhere . . .

It means you will be notified by email whenever there is a change to one of those watched issues.

You can add a gadget on your dashboard that shows all your watched issues or create a issue filter
