Cumulative Flow Diagram does not show “done” Issues in a next gen project

I recently changed columns in my sprints, by moving them in sequence. I now have: “To do”, “In progress“, “Will not fix“, and “Done“ columns. Previously, my “Done” column wasn’t last - so that’s the change I made recently - I made it the last column. That is, I have the “Done” column now and had it before. However, my CFD now shows zero “Done” issues for all time. I know this is not true, because the filter shows 224 issues as “Done”, for the project. How can I fix this issue?

Hi @Julia Malkin 

A quick first check - if you've moved the columns around, it will also change the position / colour of the status represented on the CFD.

For me, it moves the last column's status to the bottom of the chart and makes it green - can you check if this is the case for you?

There should be no direct impact by changing the order of the columns on the board as that doesn't modify the issue's status. It's only if you add a new column to the end of the board - as then no issue has technically reached that status.

I figured it out. As part of my changes when I changed columns in my sprints, I also tried to check stuff, and accidentally many issues moved to "in progress" from previously being marked as "done". As a result, I had to move them back to done. So, my CFD shows those done issues as one very thin spike (within two days). If I select these dates, then the 224 "done" issues show up as a green band. So, CFD is working as designed. It is just that my dates for when the issues transitioned to done are now skewed -- as I had to fix things. All set. Can be closed...
