Crossproject Scrum board doesn't show subtasks when parent not assigned to me

Hello Atlassian-Community,

I have a problem regarding visualisation of subtasks in my scrum-board in a crossproject board.

The plan:
I open a new Scrum-Board and use it as my To-Do-board where it displays all my assigned issues and sub-issues in the backlog and I can easily plan my week.

Reality:
I created the board and it misses all sub-tasks that were assigned to me where the parent task is not assigned to me. When I assigne the parent again to me it will be displayed in the backlog. The filter itself works. When I use it, it shows the subtasks even when the parent is not my task. Also I set up a Kanban board, there it works perfectly, just the Scrum board seems to have a problem with that.

Some facts:
- This is the filter I'm using: ((assignee = currentUser()) OR (issuetype in subTaskIssueTypes() and assignee= currentUser()))
- project is company-managed (also the projects I'm taking the tasks from)
- I already tried to add the Sub-tasks to the card-layout

Has anyone an idea how to fix the problem?

Thank you and best regards
Juliana
