Creation time problem

Hello,

Our structure is global, so we are using Atlassian on many time zones. We described US as system time. On other regions, we are facing problem with creation time problem. It's getting default system time then all creation time is wrong except US, Is there any solution for this issue?

One quick solution would be each user to visit hers/his profile and change the settings there
