I am trying to configure creating issues from email. I believe I have properly set up the account on G Suite but getting the following error.
javax.mail.MessagingException: Read timed out while connecting to host 'imap.gmail.com' as user 'xxx@example.com' via protocol 'imap, caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
I tried both POP and IMAP but both failed.
