Creating jira report in cloud (Forge?)

Is there a way to create reports for Jira cloud?

I am looking to build something similar for cloud.

There is a Reports module for Connect that allows you to create reports. Here's the page: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/modules/report/

Is there a page that gives step wise instructions on where to put this modules section.

It is my first time with cloud reports. I have worked on server reports.

If a sample hello world kind of report development steps are there, it is easier for me to build on it.
