Creating issues via Forms adds Labels
We've just recently created different Forms for users to open JIRA issues. I've noticed that on every issue created via one of the Form links, that labels are added to the label field. Is that normal? Can it be turned off or remedied?

Those are the default labels that help identify that these issues are created via forms.
We have a suggestion ticket to change this behaviour: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-92173
You can consider writing an automation rule to clear the labels upon issue creation. It should look something like this:
