Creating an Automation to find Open Pull Requests that are older than 3 Days

Doug Levitt

I was asked to create an alert (using Automation for Jira) which finds Open Pull Requests that are older than 3 days.  When one (or more) is discovered, I would post a message to a slack channel.

I know how to find Open Pull Requests, but I was unclear how to determine if that Pull Request was "sitting" for a set period of time.  Likewise, I was unclear how to structure the logic if there were multiple Open Pull Requests for the same ticket.

What is the best way to create such an Automation?

Thanks,

Doug
