×Creating a sub-task in the web app of Jira works seamlessly. Once created, it asks me for the product module and other fields which I am able to fill and then create the sub-task.
However, In the mac app, when creating a sub-task under any task, it does not ask me for any fields and directly throws this error message
Can’t create subtask. Jira says:
Product module is required.
I'm able to create the sub tasks in any browser via the web app since it asks me for the various field values but it does not in the mac app. Any help with this issue?
