As part of our JIRA workflow when we merge a fix to a hotfix branch we typically create a JIRA merge subtask on the original item with a description like the following:
Merge <parent item key> <parent item description> to <branch name> for <delivery>
I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow being able to facilitate the bulk creation of subtasks for a set of issues, e.g. have a JIRA transition automatically create a subtask.
