Creating a new board (2nd one) and can't find my project from my first board

I am trying to create a new Board using our existing Project but I can't find it on the list. My only option seems to be create a new Board not attached to that Project or create a new Project and Board with no relation to our previous Project and Board.

I think I found the answer. The Project has be Admin Managed and not Team Managed. That is very unclear for new users, however I am all good now I think
