Creating a card layout's custom field for number "blocks" and "is blocked by".

I was wondering if there was a way of adding 2 small counters that displayed in the bottom of the card layout the numbers of tickets the card is blocking and the number of tickets that are blocking the card.
With the intention to basically convening this information presented here (but just in total number):
