Creating a Kanban Board on a Project (Jira/Jira Service Desk)

I am trying to add kanban to my jira project but I cannot find the boards section.

Hi @[deleted],

Please note that you will not be able to create a Kanban Board for a JIRA Service desk type of project by default but you will be able to use the add-on WatchTower add-on which allows you to have a kanban view even for JIRA Service desk project.

For JIRA Software projects you will be able to create Kanban boards from the Boards section available on the browse project page. Please see the screenshot for reference.
