Creating a Jira Classic Project in 2022

When creating a project, I no longer see a selection for Classic vs NextGen.

I've gone through all the screens for creation to see if it was later in the creation process, but the project was fully created and I was never given the selection screen for a Classic project like you used to get.

How do you create a Jira Classic Project (Scrum or Kanban) in 2022?

The two project types were renamed/rebranded a few years back.  Server/DC style projects are now "Company managed" and Cloud's "Nextgen" are "Team managed"
