Creating a Group

How do I create a group in Jira?  Is it the same thing as creating a team?  Ultimately, I would share a dashboard with this group.

Hello @Angelique Kim 

When sharing a Dashboard you are sharing with a User Group. That is not the same thing as a Team.

I am all set.  I didn't have the right permissions.
