Creating a Dashboard to share in my project board

My team have a private project board and are creating a dashboard to be shared to the team.  It is within a team-managed environment. I can manage to find it when searching for what Dashboards are visible in the particular project board, and I then can access it but once I access it there are access issue in viewing the gadgets that have been set up.  At this stage we are both Admin users.  We haven't gone to share it with member only users.  Any suggestions on why this is not working for us?

Issue resolved ourselves.  The filters we create need to not be set to private.  Thanks.

Im asking because, in my experience, dashboards are not exposed directly on a board and to help, I want to understand this :)

I dont understand your question.  When I search for what Dashboards have been created within the Project board I can find the Dashboard my colleague has created and access it.
