Creating Personal Kanban Board

Hi - 

Is there a way to create a personal board?  There are some employee sensitive items that I need to track and putting them on board that has a large audience won't work.

Absolutely. Make sure the filter that you are using is not shared with others or shared only with people who should have access to the board.

But that doesn't mean that the issues on the board won't be found by searches, or does it? I'm afraid that in case you want to have private issues, you will have to work with detailed user management in different projects or use some sophisticated security theme (e.g. visibility only for reporter and assignee).

Probably best to use a separate project for sensitive tasks.
