Created vs Resolved chart show resolved issues by creation date instead of resolution date?

Created vs Resolved chart shows 4 issues resolved in the month of May while all of those 4 issues were resolved in the month of August. I want to display resolved issues in the month when they were resolved, not when they were created.

Please suggest.

Hi @Vineet Kotian - admin,

The chart in your screenshot is not a created vs resolved chart, but a Recently Created chart. These are 2 different types of charts:

 

And indeed, this chart shows issues relative to the created date of the issues. It is particularly useful to get an idea of the amount of issues that are still unsolved relative to their age.

On the actual created vs resolved chart, you will see 2 separate lines displaying issues resolved as well as created.
