Hi everybody,
for reporting purposes I need a historical overview over the resolved tickets per assigne.
Optically the "Created vs. Resolved" looks good (even if i would only need the resolved), but there is no possibility to group by assignee.
Does anybody know how to archive this? Sounds like a basic reporting to me, isn't there a gadget for it?
Hi @AndreasR , welcome to the Community. Indeed there isn't a way to dynamically do this w/in the gadget. Two possibilities:
