Created new custom field in Admin -> Issue but cannot find in Project Settings -> Issue type

Hello,

I created a new custom field in Admin -> Issue but cannot find it in Project Settings -> Issue type. 

I'm using next-gen project.

Please help.

Hi @Anh Le  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Next-gen projects do not use the shared custom fields created through Settings > Issues > Custom Fields. 

You have to create the Custom Field inside of the Next-gen project. And it only applies to that one project. 

If you want to use that same Custom Field in another Next-gen project, you have to create a new field in that Next-gen project also.

Thank you John. But that screen doesn't allow me to create URL custom field type...

Can you create a Short Text field and put the URL link in there? 

You will only be allowed to create the types provide for Next-gen.
