Create users dashboard

How can I allow users to create their dashboard?

Now when trying to create dashboards jira informs me that I can not do it because of lack of rights.

I have given all rights to the user from the Global Permissions, but access to create anyway.

What am I doing wrong?

What is the error you are getting? You don't need special permissions to create a dashboard. You will need permission to share it with other but seems you got that covered too!

Yes, you're right. It's my fault. Probably the default settings were incorrect create dashboard.
