Create usage charts based on jira access logs

Can any one guide me, how to acheive the below requirement, I am a newbie to JIRA, Which log should I want to take and where is the log that is specifed in the requirement ?

Requirement : There is an access log for Jira. We need to retreive the logs and graph on usage. Basically, how many users are accessing Jira by hour, day, week, month,etc... how many pageviews / visits.
