Create/update Jira tasks from TestRail tests

What is the easiest way to automatically create a list of tasks in Jira from a test run in TestRail? For example, let’s say I just created Test Run 1 with test A, B, and C in TestRail.

From that, how would I create Story/task 1 with tasks/subtasks A, B, and C in Jira?

Then, when a test gets a status, I want Jira to automatically update.
