Create transition in a workflow - text mode

is there a way to be in text mode and modify the create ? 

or i can modify the Create only from the Diagram view

yes you can modify Create on text mode. click on the first status on your workflow:

Then you can see Create here:

Yes, click on your initial status, it will show the incoming create transition and from there you can edit it

My question is about the Text mode, not diagram.

Yes, in Text mode. Initially you don't see the create transition there, but if you are on a step you see outgoing and incoming transition. And the incoming transition on your initial step is create.
