Create ticket using API without required fields

Is there any way to create a ticket using API without sending any required field as input ??

I am actually doing an integration and don't want to fill all fields even though they are required and just one priority field.

No. The REST API assumes you have set the fields as mandatory for a good reason and obeys the rules you have set.
