Create table of content within JIRA ticket

Hi guys!

Basically I'm trying to create a table of content within my JIRA ticket.

I tried using anchor but it doesn't work properly.

Create anchor {anchor:here}

Use [#here] in table of content.

When click on link "here", the page scroll but didn't end up at the desinated anchor.
