Create rich filter button

Hello,
I have a problem; I need to create rich filter but don't have the button where it's supposed to be (right upper corner). Which kind of access should I get and how to solve this problem? I have admin access to all the projects

Hi @Diana Rudaya , I am unsure what you mean by rich filter. What “button” are you referring to? Maybe you can provide an image or doc reference?

Thanks @Diana Rudaya . First it appears that you are on server rather than cloud. Secondly I think that you have an addon app for Rich Filters. In any event I recommend reaching out to your Jira Admin to provide you with the necessary permissions.
