Hi guys,
I manage 7 projects. I create(do not start) sprints in advance like this:
For each project, I create an individual sprint, but I spend too much time doing all these tasks. I think it would be better to have one sprint for all projects. I have already experimented with it and encountered a problem. When I close the sprint, I move open issues to one of my created sprints, but it only moves issues from the project in which I created that sprint. Issues from other sprints land in their respective backlogs. How can I prevent this? How can I make open issues from other projects move to the chosen sprint and not go to the backlog?
Hello @BenWade
You will need to make one consolidated Scrum board that encompasses all the projects and create and complete your sprints from that one board.
