Create on transition add-on summary issue

Hello all,

I have created multiple issues based on the custom field values, everything working fine as expected.

But summary of the created issues not working as expected. I want see the summary of created issues as below:

Customfied value name > Parent summary name

added substitution variable in summary field as below:

%entry% to %parent_summary%

Can some one help me.
