Create number coustom field to enter 16 digits with perticular format

Hello all,

I am newbie to jira. How can I crate number formatted custom field for the screen to create issue.

Ex.(1234-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)

While create issue if I update number it's need to display in the above format.
