Create notifications based on a field

Is it possible to create a personalized notification when a new ticket is created according to a specific field, in this case based on "Client Name". For example, I would like to be notified when my specific client creates/files a ticket.

Hi @Mia Torres 

Yes, create an automation rule based on issue creation, check if the field has the required value and then send yourself an email.
