Create new task starting from a transition in a different project

Hi everybody,
Is it possible to create a task in a project when another task belonging to a different project changes is status?
Let me you better explain:
Given ProjA and its task PRA-1
When PRA-1 is moved from IN PROGRESS status to DONE
Then in ProjB the PRB-1 task is created in backlog
