Create jira plugin for release page with location right sidebar

I have created one plugin and want to integrate it into the release page on the right-side collapse section. But I cannot place it in that location I am trying to create a Jira plugin specified for the release page. I am using the Atlassian connect method to create a plugin. The plugin's location needs to be on the right-hand side of the release page. However, I am unable to find that location which I need to mention in the module part of the Atlassian-connect.json file.
