Create issue types in team-managed projects - API ENDPOINT

May I ask you something? I want to create issue types in team-managed projects, but I can’t find any official documentation. The issue type endpoints in both Jira REST API v2 and v3 refer to company-managed projects 

Is there any workaround or another endpoint I can use to create issue types for team-managed projects?

Another quick question regarding Jira Service Management team-managed projects:
Using the following endpoint:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-servicedesk/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-servicedeskid-requesttype-post

Is it possible to create request types for Jira Service Management team-managed projects using this endpoint, or does it apply only to company-managed projects?
