Create easy way to restore/copy prod -> stage

Need to "press a button" so everything on prod gets copied over to stage (one way).  It's a terrible pain to test things when they're very out of sync.

Are you considering docker?

Refreshing the test environment is pretty straightforward and it takes a couple of minutes ..
