Create component does not appear on the screen

Hello,

I am Project administrator of my project, so far I have always been able to create new components. Today, when I opened my project, when going to components, just get the list, no more possibility to create a component? I have checked with other project admins and they have the same problem.

Any idea of what could have occured?
