Create button won't work

Clicking on "create"-button but nothing happens. I have created issues before without any problems but it is not working now.

*Disabled ad-blocks

*Cleared cache

Is this a Server/DC or Cloud instance?

And is it just happening to you? Or other users on your instance?

Server i think. Happening only me :(
Tried with both Chrome and Edge, same.....
