My client is trying to create a new Jira service desk account in China without VPN.
He is not able to get confirm mail if he applies the mail account with Alibaba Cloud, but it works for live.com.
Is this a bug we already know? Does any document could provide that kind of restrict in China for admin?
This sounds like the Great Firewall is blocking access.
There are no bugs in Jira related to this - it simply sends email. If there's a fault sending, it's not with Jira.
