Create a new project share settings option no longer visible

I am trying to create a new project in Jira cloud (not enterprise edition). I want to share settings with another project. I am an organisation admin.

I follow the instructions on Atlassian's website, but the is no option to select a project to share settings. Screenshot 2026-08-24 at 3.58.08 pm.png

I worked it out - Company managed NOT Team managed!!

Exactly! Only Company projects can share schemes. 💪

Company Managed - Less Flexibility for Project Admins but at Scale more Sharing and Reusing Options.

Team Managed - More Flexible for Project Admins, but Sharing Options are Limited.
