I am totally new to JIRA and have been tasked with creating a report. 

The report must show: Compare developer hours logged vs. developer estimates as well as well as: how to subscribe JIRA user to a team report. Could someone assist me please?

@Eliry I would suggest you to try using Rich filter add-on for reporting and dashboards, its very easy and have many different styles that will help you to bring more visibility in your reports.
