Create a Query that uses a field from one Ticket Type to match a field in Ticket from another Type

I have two object A and B.
Both have a Component/s field - which allow multiple value.

I would like to generate a query that will get back all the tickets of type A, where at least one of the Components values is matching any of the components values in a ticket of type B.
