Create a Kanban board with a specific query. Created a swimlane to have the tickets with a specific label. Even though I attach a label to the ticket, it does not display it in the swimlane. Would greatly appreciate your inputs on an urgent basis

IMHO, using labels is not a good idea to categorize/classify the issues as they can be easily created and duplicated/misused by users.

Are you sure that the label in your JQL and the issue matches?

If you're sure, as @Hana Kučerová said, we need more details.
