Create a Bot user with only create ticket access

I want to create a jira user with only create ticket access in a certain project. It should not be able to read any tickets. How do I do it?

Hello, Good day. Please go to project settings >> permission, and make sure this user has only "Create issue" permission and nothing else. Make sure this user don't have "Browse project" permission mainly. Thanks
