Create Task and sub task automatically

Hi,

I would like to create Task every month with few subtasks. I am not able to achieve it. I can either create Task or add subtasks when issue is created as a separate rule. Is there a way to have it as one rule to achieve both.

Hi @Neetu Verma , I assume you are trying to do this using Project Automation? This can certainly be achieved there. You would use Scheduled for the trigger and do so monthly. Then you create the task and use “For the most recently created issue” branch as demoed below.

Thanks, yes I am using automation and just couldn't figure out how to find the task which was just created. This looks awesome.
