we are obligated to delete tickets after a certain deadline. That deadline starts after the end of the year plus three years.
Example for clarification:
Today is July 11, 2019. So at December 31, 2019 the "waiting" period of three years starts, which means we have to delete the tickets after December 31, 2023.
This is why the filter "project = MyProject AND createdDate <= -1095" does not match our needs.
It would be helpful for our non-techincal department to get a notification when there are tickets that should be deleted. That is why we would like to create a filter an use a filter subscription.
Has anyone any ideas how to solve this?
