Crear backlog y sprints

Cómo creo un backlolg y sprints?
No veo la opción para crear otra cosa que no sea el tablero

Hola,

Para crear un sprint, primero debe crear un tablero Scrum.

El tablero de Scrum reunirá los problemas en función de una consulta de filtro. Si crea su tablero Scrum basado en un proyecto existente (o un proyecto nuevo), la consulta de filtro se creará automáticamente para seleccionar todos los problemas de ese proyecto.

Para un Tablero Scrum, cualquier problema que no esté completado y que no esté actualmente asignado a un sprint aparecerá en la pantalla Backlog (1) en la lista de problemas Backlog (2).

Encima de la lista de tareas pendientes es donde se muestran los sprints (3) en la pantalla de tareas pendientes.

Justo encima de la lista de tareas pendientes se encuentra el botón Crear Sprint (4). Haga clic en eso para crear un nuevo sprint.

Los sprints que se han creado pero que aún no se han iniciado aparecerán encima de la lista de tareas pendientes (5).

Para iniciar un sprint, haga clic en el botón Iniciar Sprint (6) junto a un sprint no iniciado.

Por encima de los sprints no iniciados se encuentran los sprints iniciados (7).

To create a sprint you must first create a Scrum board.

The Scrum board will gather issues based on a Filter Query. If you create your Scrum board based on an existing project (or a new project) the Filter Query will be created automatically to select all issues from that project.

For a Scrum Board, any issue that is not completed and not currently assigned to a sprint will appear in the Backlog screen (1) in the Backlog list of issues (2).

Above the Backlog list of issues is where Sprints are displayed (3) on the Backlog screen.

Directly above the Backlog list of issues is where you will find the Create Sprint button (4). Click that to create a new sprint.

Sprints that have been created but not yet started will appear above the Backlog list of issues (5).

To start a sprint click the Start Sprint button (6) next to a not started sprint.

Above the not started sprints are the sprints that have been started (7).

How do I create a backlog and sprints?
I don't see the option to create anything other than the board
