Counter gadget in jira dashboard is not working any more

I have several dashboards set up in Jira, and I've been using the counter gadget on some of them. Recently, I've been encountering an error message that says "Sorry. An active license is required". However, there are no instructions provided on where to activate the license. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and knows how to resolve it?

Hi @michal halamish,

Most likely this is a gadget from a third party app/plugin for Jira and the license of that app has expired. So check the apps list and renew the license if it is the case. 

As an alternative, you could also try the Countdown gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.  

Please note that this app offers many other gadgets that you can find useful. Have a look over the articles from our blog to make an idea.
