We have created a rule to clone issue from one project to another fortunately it is working fine but the thing is we couldn't get attachments cloned/copied from original issue.
Looking out for a quick support.
Currently Automation doesn’t allow copying of attachments- https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1030
Hello @Srujan kumar
Another solution would be to use the add-on Elements Copy & Sync, which lets you do what you are asking for.
An advantage of the Copy & Sync is that, in addition to cloning issues, it also copies Attachments between the two issues, which is not possible with Automation.
I'm the Product Manager of the app, and would gladly answer your questions.
Kind regards,
Julien

Hi @Srujan kumar welcome to the Atlassian community.
As @Jack Brickey mentioned, automation doesn't support cloning attachments.
Here's the details shared by Atlassian team: "Automation doesn't currently support manipulating attachments in Jira Cloud. Unfortunately Jira Cloud doesn't have APIs around the management of attachments so we're not able to implement this just yet. There is an open issue tracking the implementation of this feature" https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1030
And as @Suvradip Paul mentioned, you need a market place plugin like deep clone to achieve your purpose.

Sorry, I just noticed that you mentioned our app Deep Clone for Jira already in your reply. I should have answered below your post. :)

Hi @Srujan kumar ,
I think you can check marketplace and use this one - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/44043/clone-plus-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Note: I am not associated to this product and any promotion or working as marketplace partner. This suggestion is based on the needs mentioned in the query itself.
Cheers
