Couldn't change color to yellow with New Status PRO for Jira plugin

Hi!

I'm using Ne wStatus Color for Jira. I couldn't change the color of "In progress" status to yellow.

Actually the Vendor replies that there is a trick upon this: you have to click "Translate status" and rewrite default status description as need (e.g. add yellow). Worked for me.

I don't have this app - but just a guess based on their Marketplace listing - try:

• Removing the Description and just including the colour in brackets or...
• Placing the colour above the description

If you want to include both a description and the colour and the above doesn't work - I'd suggest contacting the vendor via their Marketplace support tab, to ask their advice :)

Just to confirm, I've assumed you're using New Status Colors PRO for Jira as the other, free app - New Status Colors for Jira - appears to just change certain status colours based on status name, as opposed to allowing a range of custom options.

If you're using the free app, I think the functionality you require is only in the PRO version.
